Buffalo Chicken Dip

This dip is one of my bible study's favorite appetizers. It pairs so well with carrots, celery, and whole grain tortilla chips. Mmmm it makes my mouth water just looking at it! I LOVE this dip.

The best part about it is that it only takes about 10 minutes to make, and requires only 5 ingredients! Seriously, could it get any easier people? Don't think so. Below are the ingredients you will need...

Ingredients:

1 12 ounce can of shredded chicken breast
1 8 ounce tub of cream cheese (you may use regular, fat free, light, or vegetable--whatever you prefer is fine.)
1 half cup of blue cheese dressing (I prefer Kraft)
1 half cup of mozerrella cheese
1 half cup of Frank's Red Hot

Directions:

Simply blend all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring once in between. *Be very careful when handling the dip. It can get VERY hot while microwaving.*

See? EasyPeasy. This dip requires absolutely NO culinary skills, and I promise you...everyone will be asking you for the recipe after trying it. It really is delicious.
Happy Tuesday, Gals!

I wish I liked Bleu Cheese--to me, it smells and tastes like throw up. Sorry! I'm sure it's delicious! But not for me!
And yes, it's you who won the giveaway! SWEETNESS!
I'll get it out in the mail as soon as I get you address!

Hahaha! No, I hate bleu cheese too, seriously! My hub is the one who got me into buffalo with bleu cheese stuff a few years back. I would always just eat the buffalo and give him the smelly bleu cheese. Lol. I promise...you can't even taste it! If you could, I wouldn't eat it. Yay! Can't wait to get my book. I'm coming over to send you my address :-)

This looks really yummy! I wonder if it would stay warm in a crock pot for a buffet line or potluck?

Oh, it would tootally stay warm and gooey in a crock pot, Melinda. As long as you kept it on the low/warmer setting it would be perfect. That's a great idea actually, I've never thought of taking this dish to a pot luck. Thanks for the great suggestion!

I love this dip! There is a serving platter that has a crock-pot for the dip in the center. I have one and it is perfect for warm dips.

I have this same recipe and LOVE it. I wish I could make it more but I don't think that would be wise...
